 The Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division (AICWA) is the peak industry body representing the Conveyancing Industry.  As members of the AICWA, our team remain up-to-date with information and required to provide the highest standards of Conveyancing

PropTech Hub WA, is the peak body for property and construction technology in Western Australia, and leads primary innovative sectors, including property & construction, agriculture, resources, defense, tourism, and space exploration.  We are honoured to be a part of this thriving community.

To become a CPC, a Settlement Agent must have completed the educational and practical training requirements to hold certification and must also be a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division (AICWA).

Today, PEXA connects people, businesses and governments across the property community. Delivering secure digital infrastructure, integrated solutions and actionable insights.  As PEXA Certified members, our team have earned professional accreditation, demonstrating our dedication to training and development in online settlement transactions.

As a proud member of the AICWA Education Committee, Sarah Mahony contributes to the advancement of the conveyancing profession in Western Australia. By actively participating in shaping the future of industry education, we play a key role in ensuring ongoing professional growth and the highest standards of service within the field.

The AICWA Member Relief Fund supports Conveyancers and former Conveyancers who have been members of the AICWA who find themselves in times of hardship. This Charitable Foundation Committee is run by industry colleagues, including our Director, Sarah Mahony, who generously donates time to organising various activities through the calandar year, with the aim of raising funds for the foundation, as well as many others.
